Happy New Year 2008!

Wow 2007 went fast. I got a lot accomplished though. It was the year of spending money. Holy cow! My Basement is finally finished so the spending wasn't a waste. Its nice having surround sound back. I have started playing World of Warcrack again on Blackrock horde. What a mistake , its fun but a time drain.
Tatum is 3 years old, finally sleeps in her own bed, is potty trained and smart as hell, she is still miss attitude though hopefully this passes with time *fingers crossed*. Jessica has dropped down to 20 hours a week at work and is going to college again, I am very proud of her. At least one of us will have a bachelors. Maybe some day I will go back to school, though the thought makes me cringe. I know good times can't last forever and I may just have to.
I didn't see my friends to much in 2007, I hope to do better in 2008. My Grandmother passed away a few weeks ago, I am happy she is finally with Grandpa. 2007 was also strange in I got involved in politics thanks to Ron Paul. I found myself reading , researching, and posting on forums, more than playing games on my computer. I have always loved history, and I think thats what attracts me to Ron Paul, he is very logical, and bases all his positions on a great understanding of history, and the constitution. Now that the primaries are just around the corner, and my basement is done, I hope I can get back into spending lots of time with my family, gaming, and watching moves, and hopefully finish a few books.
My New Years resolution is to eat healthier, start saving some money for retirement (wish my job had some sort of help here), and to just be happy.

Sorry I know I rant. I have to many things going on in my head.

Ron Paul in 2008!

Well its been over a year since I posted in my blog. I would have posted sooner, but I wanted to meet at least 1 goal of mine over the past year. ;) Anyway Not a lot has changed, My daughter is getting older and is the most important thing in my life. We had a little scare with Jessica medically but everything is fine, thank goodness. Oh, and finally a Presidential Candidate that I am actually excited and fired up about. Ron Paul. Wow if you haven't heard of him before please check out http://www.ronpaul2008.com and his many videos on youtube.com. Its time we got rid of the neo-cons and restored our liberties in this country. If you believe we went to IRAQ wrongfully, are you tired of the drastic rate of inflation. Do you hate income tax but don't think the government can function without it? Think again. Now Ron Paul has a huge uphill battle, but he is the only canidate running that won't give us the same neo-con, crap we have been seeing for years! Also I highly reccomend everyone watch this documentary Freedom to Fascism .
Anyway enough ranting. I hope to see you all soon.

Wow Its been forever.

Hi all, Hows it going? Its been a long time since I have posted here. Been busy doing nothing I guess. I have had a fun trip to kanab to my parents property which was fun, found a killer arrowhead. Went to moab two weeks later went jeeping, and blew 2 tires at the same time, that was quite the interesting day, and we saw a ton of indian petroglyphs. Jessica has had the missionary's over a few times, and you know they are really good guys and people, but they haven't sold me anymore, I still have a hard time with any organized religion. Escpecially they all seem to spend a lot of time teaching you about tithing and why you should be paying it =P Anyway, I saw Xmen 3 and really enjoyed it, not quite as much as I enjoyed V for vendetta but it was good. If any of you are in town or available around my b-day we are going to go watch the new Pirates Sequal that should be fun. I am really excited for Clerks II as well, snooch to the nooch biotches!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Hail to the Credit Card Kings!

Well its been far to long since I have posted anything in my Blog. I just find my self not having much time and in a routine that is hard to get out of, or maybe I don't want to get out of, who knows. I am very glad the holidays are among us, I love this time of year. I hope to spend lots of time with family and friends, and hopefully get some time to play some video games as well. I don't get much time for that since Tatum has come into our lives, but she is the best reason in the world I can think of to give up things I used to love, and trade them for new ones. But as she gets older I think I am slowly getting more time again to do some of the things I used to do.

I have been mostly playing Kameo for the xbox360 lately, should be finished with it soon, and hope to purchase Dead or Alive 4 on Wednesday when it comes out. Now if one of my friends would freaking get one we could kick each others ass's over xbox live. I hear civilization 4 is kick ass , and has great multiplayer as well, I really need to check this one out, I love that series, though it is a huge timesink, not quite as bad as World of Warcrack, which I hope to resume soon (no later than the expansion). Jessica and I are doing well, and went shopping for Tatums christmas the other day it was lots of fun, I really do miss being able to go anywhere and do anything with her whenever we want. If all goes well I should be able to see King Kong this christmas break. I saw The Lion the witch and the wardrobe and liked it quite a bit, it brought back some great memories of my childhood, I forgot a lot about that series, even though it was my favorite when I was a younger.

We finally purchased some lumber, and my dad has started slowling framing our basement, the goal is to finish it before the end of 2006, if we can save enough money to get it done. I am glad we are doing it this way, rather than getting some huge loan and doing it all at once. I stress to much about money, and this would make it a lot worse. I hope by 2007, I can give the gift of being just a housemom to Jessica, I really wanted to happen in 2006, but now that we are finishing the basement, I don't think its possible. Sorry :( I love you, and appreciate what you do for our family. Not to mention we really need your benefits you get from your work, since my kinda blow chuncks. Anyway enough rambling......Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year if I don't see some of you before then.

I can crawl! Look out world, here I come.

Well Tatum started crawling last weekend. Its crazy how one moment a baby can't do something, then all of the sudden they are a pro. I think she loves being more moble.....I am still getting used to the idea =P she craws over to the entertainment center, tuns off the xbox when its on, or opens the tray when its not on. Turns on and off the Radio, hits her head a lot more. Time to start securing the house. We bought plug covers a long time ago, but we have had to take so many things down in the basement, its crazy. We entered Tatum into the Payson Onion Days Baby contest , she had her picture taken on Thursday, I can't wait to see it. She is the cutest baby in the world, and I aint bias =P I finally started playing Half life 2 after having it sit in my drawer for 8 months, damn is it a good game. I also have been playing Lord of the Rings the Third age a lot more lately, I am not 60% through the game and I started playing it the week we brought Tatum home from the hospital last November. I used to play it when I would stay up with her at night, Thanks to wireless controllers that make it all possible =) I would like to Say HAPPY BiRTHDAY to Mike and BLAKE as I haven't seen either one of them in a while and they have both had birthdays, or having one within the week. Instead of posting a hot chick this time, I think I will post a picture of my hot chick.
